Turquoise Health

Building a modern marketing site for a fast-growing healthcare transparency company
Turquoise Health partnered with Sweven to develop a new website that could support the company’s evolving brand, growing product ecosystem, and expanding go-to-market strategy.
Working from design direction developed by Fuzzco, the goal was to bring a modern, motion-driven web experience to life while building a platform that would empower Turquoise’s marketing team long after launch.
The result is a unified Webflow website designed for performance, scalability, and long-term marketing velocity.
Translating design into a fluid digital experience
Fuzzco’s creative direction called for a site that felt highly polished and fluid, with subtle motion and interaction guiding the user experience.
Sweven partnered closely with the design team to faithfully translate these concepts into Webflow, implementing complex motion patterns and interactive elements throughout the site.
This included:
- WebGL elements powered by Unicorn Studio
- Multiple Lottie animation integrations
- Scroll-based motion systems across key website pages
- Fully responsive layouts designed for performance across devices
The goal was not simply to replicate the visual design, but to ensure that the motion and interaction patterns felt cohesive, intentional, and fast.
Designing a CMS architecture for long-term marketing growth
A key priority for Turquoise was giving their marketing team the ability to scale content quickly.
We implemented a robust CMS architecture in Webflow that supports multiple types of marketing resources, including blog content, reports, webinars, and other educational materials.
Rather than building isolated templates, the site was structured around a reusable component system and design system architecture.
This approach allows Turquoise’s internal team to:
- launch new pages quickly
- reuse flexible layout components
- publish new resources without developer support
- maintain design consistency across the website
The end result is a website that balances creative freedom with structural consistency.
Coordinating a complex platform migration
Before the project began, Turquoise’s digital presence was spread across multiple systems.
The website was self-hosted, while blog content lived within Ghost CMS. At the same time, the company’s core application environment was already running behind a reverse proxy architecture maintained by their engineering team.
Sweven worked alongside Turquoise’s product and engineering teams to plan and coordinate a unified migration into Webflow for the marketing site and blog.
This required careful collaboration around:
- URL structure and redirect planning
- reverse proxy routing for website vs application traffic
- blog and resource migration from Ghost
- authentication boundaries between the website and the product platform
- staging environments and launch coordination
The result was a seamless transition to a single website while preserving the company’s existing application infrastructure.
Responsive performance and marketing insights
A core goal of the new website was ensuring that Turquoise’s marketing team could both understand and improve how the site performs over time. To support this, Webflow Analyze was implemented across the site, giving the team clear visibility into visitor behavior, page engagement, and performance trends.
This insight allows Turquoise to make more informed decisions around content, campaigns, and messaging as their marketing efforts evolve.
Equally important was delivering a fully responsive experience across devices. Every page and component was built to adapt seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints, ensuring that the site’s motion design, layout systems, and content remain clear and performant regardless of screen size.
The result is a website that not only looks and feels modern, but also provides the data and flexibility needed to support Turquoise’s continued growth.
