Helping to equip & support classroom educators in Canada.
The Educator Hub is a vetted collection of resources that bring Jack.org’s mental health promotion programming into the classroom. The Hub provides activities, lessons, and a unit plan that align with curriculum guidelines to support educators in meeting the mental health needs of their students.
Problem.
The team at Jack.org, supported by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), came to us with the need to design and develop a digital resource hub for classroom educators in Canada. While the resource content existed in the Jack.org base of content prior to this, there was no simple way to serve these resources to educators in a way that was simple to navigate and use in the classroom setting.
Solution.
First, we helped to create a new sub-brand for the edHUB as a sub-brand of Jack.org. Then, we designed and developed a Webflow website that utilized the Webflow CMS extensively to house varying resource types (Unit Plans, Lessons, Activities, and Guides) along with granular filter functionality to make navigation and finding resources as simple as possible.

Jack.org has a well established brand in their space. As a new program they wanted the edHUB to fit within the larger system and overall feel of the Jack.org brand, but to have its own unique visual identity at the same time. To get there, we crafted the idea of assigning one of Jack.org's brand accent colors to each of the primary resource types served by the edHUB - Unit Plans, Lessons, and Activities. These colors serve as the foundation of the logo mark and visual resource "color coding" system throughout the digital experience and extended brand system.
Building for scale with Webflow.
The edHUB launched with a solid base of resources, but needed to be set up in a way that allows for easy scaling of that resource bank. We utilize Webflow's powerful CMS to structure the site in a way that allows for Jack.org's team to simply add, remove, navigate, and feature resources without the need for complex development cycles. Webflow helps us stay fast, efficient, and scalable.
The edHUB is also multi-lingual, available in both English and French.
